26. septembra na pobudo Sveta Evrope iz Strasbourga že od leta 2001 vsako leto praznujemo Evropski dan jezikov. Namen tega dneva je zavzemanje za bogato jezikovno in kulturno raznolikost v Evropi, ki jo je treba ohraniti in spodbujati. Dijaki 1.a in 1. b razreda biotehniške gimnazije so ob evropskem dnevu jezikov poiskali zanimiva dejstva o jezikih in jih zapisali na plakate.
